No Scalping Policy

We understand that appointment scalping is a real concern, and we want to be completely clear about how our service operates and why it is fundamentally different from scalping.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not scalp appointments. We never book appointments speculatively to resell them later at a markup.
• We do not hold slots. We never reserve appointment slots to create artificial scarcity or to sell access to them.
• We do not inflate prices based on demand. Our price is a flat $29.99 regardless of how scarce appointments are. No surge pricing, ever.
• We do not bulk-book. We never book multiple appointments at once to control supply.

How Our Service Actually Works

Here is exactly what happens when you use our service:

• One search = one booking attempt for one person. Each paid search is tied to a single individual with their specific DPS information.
• Real-time monitoring only. We monitor the DPS scheduling system and attempt a booking only when a matching slot appears while your search is active.
• Immediate release on failure. If a booking attempt fails for any reason, the slot is immediately released back to the public pool. We do not hold or retry the same slot.
• Your information, your appointment. The appointment is booked directly under your name and personal information with Texas DPS. We are simply the tool that got you there faster.

How This Differs From Scalping

Scalping involves acquiring a limited resource (like an appointment slot) before others can access it, then reselling access at a higher price. Our service is fundamentally different:

• We do not acquire appointments to resell. We book on behalf of a specific, paying customer who has a legitimate need.
• We do not control supply. We have no ability to reduce or manipulate the number of available DPS appointments.
• We do not profit from scarcity. Our flat fee remains the same whether appointments are plentiful or scarce.
• We are a time-saving tool, similar to a service that fills out forms on your behalf. We automate the repetitive task of checking for availability so you do not have to.

A Legitimate Service Fee

We charge a legitimate, flat service fee of $29.99 for our automated search and booking assistance. This fee covers the cost of running our monitoring systems around the clock on your behalf. It is a service fee paid to Get DMV Appointments, not a government fee.

• The Texas DPS does not charge any fee for scheduling appointments.
• You can always book directly through the official DPS website at no cost.
• We do not hold or block appointment slots. We do not manipulate availability.
• We do not inflate our price based on demand. Our fee is the same whether appointments are plentiful or scarce.
• Appointment availability remains fully controlled by the Texas DPS at all times.

We are committed to operating with integrity. We rate-limit our monitoring to avoid placing unnecessary load on the DPS system. We serve one customer at a time per search. And we enforce a strict policy that every booking is for a real person with a real need.
