Get DMV Appointments exists to solve a real problem: the difficulty of securing a Texas DPS appointment when availability is scarce. We believe that solving this problem comes with a responsibility to do it the right way.

1. Fair Pricing

We charge a flat, one-time service fee of $29.99 per appointment search. This fee is paid to Get DMV Appointments for our automated search and booking assistance service -- it is not a government fee. The Texas DPS does not charge any fee for scheduling appointments, and users can always book directly through the official DPS website at no cost.

No surge pricing. No price gouging when demand spikes. No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay, regardless of how hard your appointment is to find.

2. Data Responsibility

We collect only the information strictly necessary to book your appointment. Your sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and automatically purged 90 days after your search completes. We never sell, share, or monetize your personal information.

3. Transparency

We are upfront about what our service does and does not do:

4. Not a Government Service

Get DMV Appointments is an independent, private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, or any federal, state, or local government agency. We will never misrepresent our relationship with any government entity.

5. Respectful Use of the DPS System

We access the publicly available DPS scheduling API in a responsible manner. We implement rate limiting and throttling to avoid placing unnecessary load on the system. We do not use exploits, bypass security measures, or take any action that could degrade the DPS scheduling system for other users.

6. Equal Access

Every customer receives the same level of service. There are no premium tiers that skip the queue, no priority lanes for higher-paying customers, and no preferential treatment. One price, one level of service, for everyone.

7. Accountability

We welcome scrutiny. If you have concerns about our practices, our ethics, or anything related to how we operate, please contact us directly. We take every concern seriously and will respond promptly.
